Your career depends on it.

Pursuing business school involves more decisions that most people anticipate.

Which exam should I take?

Which schools fit my career goals?

Which study method should I use?

Should I even get an MBA?

Most people answer these questions by asking peers who are figuring it out themselves, alumni whose path may look nothing like theirs, or forums full of strangers with no context about their situation.

None of these are good options to rest your entire career upon. We’ve come up with a better way.

The bill for getting these decisions wrong is high.

There’s no denying it: pursuing business school is expensive. Below is just a snapshot of the costs students incur to get their degree.

You’re pouring significant resources into this endeavour. Make sure it’s applied right.

$1,500+
Potential cost of applying to 5+ schools
$2,500+
Potential cost of preparing for and taking standardized exams
$5,000+

$100,000+
Tuition for many MBA programs costs upwards of this number.

process

We’ve done this. A lot.

Over the years, we’ve never hesitated to give our clients the right advice. We don’t shy away from difficult truths or realities; we embrace them. Below is a snapshot of some clients we’ve worked with and how our advice shaped their paths.

MEET Alanna

Her initial goal was a 700+ on the GMAT – more than 150 points higher than her first practice exam. After discussing her MBA profile and career goals, we realized that the Executive Assessment gave her a much more efficient path to a competitive application. After a modest amount of tutoring, she scored admission to Wharton’s EMBA program.

MEET SEAN

Sean started his MBA journey fixated on M7 schools. After we helped him think through what he actually wanted from the degree, he expanded his list to programs that better matched his background and goals. He earned scholarship offers from Haas and Tuck.

MEET kayla

Kayla had been studying for the GMAT on and off for 18 months without meaningful progress. In her first session, her tutor, Dave, identified that the GRE was a much better fit for her skill set. A few sessions later, she had a score that earned her scholarships at Ross, Fuqua, and Tuck.

MEET JUSTIN

Justin came to us convinced that an MBA was the fastest path from software engineer to engineering manager. One conversation was enough to see that he already had a viable route into management without the degree.

We told him not to apply.

He thanked us for saving him hundreds of thousands of dollars. He’s now thriving at one of the world’s leading AI companies.

questions? We’ve got you covered.

This session is for anyone at any stage of the business school journey. Whether you’re still deciding if an MBA is right for you, figuring out what exam to take, or already deep into prep and hitting a wall. If you have questions you can’t find good answers to, this is for you.

Yes, we do our homework before your call even begins. The moment you submit your intake form, Charles begins reviewing your situation. Depending on what you’re dealing with, he may bring in other members of the GMAT Ninja team — tutors, admissions consultants — before you speak. By the time you sit down together, Charles already knows your case. The session is focused time with someone who’s already done the thinking.

Unfortunately, 30 minutes isn’t enough time to make meaningful progress on content or skills. This session is purely strategic: diagnosis, direction, and next steps. If tutoring is what you need, we’re happy to help with that too. Just contact us directly and we’ll match you with the right person.

No, and that’s exactly why it isn’t free. This session is about your best interests, not ours. If GMAT Ninja is the right fit for you, we’ll say so. If something else would serve you better, we’ll tell you that instead. We’re not here to sell you anything. We’re here to give you the right answer.

Whatever you’ve done so far is your starting point, not a mistake to mitigate. Charles will assess where you are now and build the most efficient path forward from there. The goal is never to dig into what went wrong, it’s to reorient you onto a better path that gets you where you need to go.

one last note

While there’s a lot we can do in 30 minutes, there are some things beyond the scope of this consult. Here are the things we can’t answer:

  • How to attain score increases on your exam. While we’ve helped thousands of students do exactly this through our tutoring services, it’s a much longer process than what we can cover in 30 minutes.
  • How to exceed 700+ on the GMAT. Attaining near-perfect scores requires in-depth analysis beyond the scope of this session.
  • Full essay or application review. Feedback on written materials needs more time and context than a 30-minute session allows. Our admissions consulting team handles this separately.
  • A guaranteed outcome. We’ll give you the clearest, most honest advice we can — but we can’t promise a specific score or admission result from a single conversation.
