In our 20+ years as test-prep tutors, we’ve come to appreciate the wide range of answers to this question. We occasionally see a straightforward case, but most students come to us with their own unique cocktail of obstacles, including any of the following:

We’ve created the GMAT Ninja Test Anxiety Program to confront these issues directly. In addition to working with a GMAT Ninja tutor, you’ll meet with our team of experts to help you reach your best possible cognitive performance. Your tutor will work hand-in-hand with these experts to develop a tailored plan that fits your unique needs.
How the Test anxiety program works
Phase One: Diagnostics
If you select the GMAT Ninja Test Anxiety Program, we will start with our proprietary diagnostic assessment to determine which performance factors are impacting your test performance the most. Based on these diagnostics, we’ll create a schedule for your consultations with our performance experts.
Phase Two: Making Changes
During this phase, you’ll attend weekly tutoring sessions with your GMAT Ninja tutor and you’ll begin meeting with Erika Osherow, our mental performance expert. You’ll focus on test-taking strategies and begin to implement mental skills to ensure that you perform at your best.
In addition, you’ll begin consultations with our other experts. Perhaps you’ll develop an exercise regime with our personal trainer, explore mindfulness with our meditation coach, establish a new bedtime routine with our sleep coach, or make changes to your diet under the supervision of our nutritionist. Every student’s path will look a little bit different.
Phase Three: Hone and refine
You’ll continue to meet weekly with your tutor, who will provide support, accountability, and data tracking as you try out new skills and routines. Our team of experts will optimize your performance plan based on feedback from you and your tutor.
Phase Four: Solidify new habits and get in the test room!
By now you’ve got a plan and priorities from your tutor, mental performance coach, and other expert advisors. The only thing left to do is to practice, refine your skills, and then go take the test!

10 2-hour sessions with a GMAT Ninja tutor for the GRE, GMAT, LSAT, or EA

5 additional 50-minute sessions with one or more of these experts to address your individual needs
